Regulation comes into full
force on 1.1.2010, so all
measuring devices for
monitoring and recording
temperature in the
transport, warehousing and
storage (small and
wholesale) of quick-frozen
foodstuffs intended
responsible for human
consumption must meet
standards EN 12,830, EN
13485 and EN 13486.
